• Food that isn’t vegan: Ya’ll … I’M VEGAN. This page is vegan. The food I eat and prepare is vegan. AND FIGS ARE FU*CKING VEGAN!!!!

• The words “clean”, “healthy” or “guilt-free”. Again, THIS IS A VEGAN PAGE. This isn’t a health page. I’m not a nutritionist, nor do I I believe in ridiculous diet-culture talk. If you have a problem with processed food, GTFO.

• Partnerships, sponsored posts or ads with and/or for companies I don’t love, use, or believe in: plain and simple, I’m not gonna work with a company that I don’t love and believe in. And if anything is ever sponsored, I’ll let y’all know!

• Discrimination or hate: I’m still learning and I’ve made lots of mistakes, but let’s make one thing clear, I don’t tolerate hate. I believe women have every right to do what they want with their bodies, BLM, LGBTQ deserve all rights 🏳️‍🌈, and so on … if you spew any hate, you will be blocked. While this is a food page, I will continue to speak on humanity issues that matter to me. If you don’t like it, GTFO (and maybe do some soul searching while you’re at it).

This platform has been amazing, connecting me with lifelong friends and giving me the opportunity to turn my passion into a career. I want this page to be inspiring, uplifting and empowering — I know that social media can sometimes consume us, so let’s be mindful of our messages and what we 𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒔𝒆 to consume.
